The First Nation Group Foundation was proud to welcome the National Military Family Association (NMFA) as our featured nonprofit for our Q4 Quarterly Cause Connection (QCC), bringing employees, partners, and community members together to learn more about the unique challenges military families face and the programs working to support them.

For more than 50 years, NMFA has championed military families through advocacy, education, and programs designed to help them navigate the challenges of military life. From frequent relocations and deployments to the unique experiences of military spouses and children, the association works to ensure military families have the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

Through our Q4 session, participants had the opportunity to learn more about NMFA’s mission and the ways the organization is making a difference for military families across the country. The discussion highlighted the importance of recognizing the needs of the entire military family and creating meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and support throughout every stage of military life.

Military service affects more than the individual in uniform. That’s why NMFA began with one important question: “What about the military families?”

Behind every service member is a family navigating its own challenges, making support, resources, and advocacy essential to helping military families thrive.

We are honored to close out the year by highlighting the NMFA and the meaningful work they do for those who serve alongside our nation’s military. #TOGETHERSTRONG, we can continue learning, growing, and giving in support of military families and the communities they call home.

Through our Military impact area, The First Nation Group Foundation is proud to spotlight organizations like NMFA that champion military families and help address the challenges they face. By sharing their stories and expanding awareness of their work, our QCC series helps bring these important missions to the forefront.

The Quarterly Cause Connection is a virtual lunch and learn series designed to educate, inspire, and connect participants with nonprofit organizations making a meaningful impact for Veterans, active duty military members, and underserved communities. As part of each session, the foundation proudly provides a $250 donation on behalf of every attendee to support the featured organization.
